I had a particular and pressing concern recently. I e-mailed and left a message on a day the store was closed. Adam phoned me on that day and was going to be in the store (while closed) to decorate it for the holidays. He asked me to come in…I did…he fixed the pressing concern while I waited…and he did this graciously. This is a good store with an owner who watches and minds his business…and does it well.
