Once your order is placed on our site, there are a few things you’ll have to do. To make the process a simple as possible for you, we’ve prepared a short guide. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
If you have a specific order that you’d like your media converted in, simply label in a numerical order. If you ordered photo scans, these can be organized once digitized also. You can also send your media as is. We’ll send it back in a organized fashion.
Pack your media using bubble wrap, newspaper or any packing material you may have. If you do not have a box, we recommend using flat rate shipping boxes via the post office, FedEX or UPS.
We recommend FedEx, UPS or USPS. Be sure to get a tracking number. We’ll send you email confirmation when your order is received. Ship to:
