It is very unique and refreshing to discover independently owned and operated retail businesses in this current world of big box, chain, impersonal and get’ em in get ‘em out retail operations. I have discovered one…where an owner is “on the floor” taking care of his customers. Adam, of Rewind Memories, runs a very service and caring minded business. I had a particular and pressing concern recently. I e-mailed and left a message on a day the store was closed. Adam phoned me on that day and was going to be in the store (while closed) to decorate it for the holidays. He asked me to come in…I did…he fixed the pressing concern while I waited…and he did this graciously. This is a good store with an owner who watches and minds his business…and does it well. I will continue to patronize Rewind Memories every opportunity available to me.

Holiday Rush

Where did November come from? Before you know it, it will be December. If you’re looking for a gift idea, look no further. Give the gift of memories this Holiday Season. Due to a high volume of orders, we need to receive your memories by Nov. 26th in order to have them guaranteed for Dec. 25th. All orders received after will be on a first come, first serve basis. The size of the order will determine if we can get it you by the 25th. Try to get your order in ASAP. Thanks and have a great holiday Season.

Fall has arrived

Fall has arrived in Pittsburgh. Pumpkin patches, hay rides, haunted houses, and some pumpkin lattes to name a few. Get out there and make some memories. It’s not too early to start thinking about holiday orders. We will have a last day day to submit orders in order to guarantee them for the holidays. Stay tuned for the date.

Rewind Memories did a great job. We have had so much fun looking at the DVDs. I looked at many places to transfer the DVDs. Rewind Memories has such great customer service. Highly recommend it to anyone. My best friend just brought her DVDs there.

Thank you Rewind for the excellent job you did in converting my old tapes to DVD’s. I have not been able to view them for quite a few years. I began making the tapes when my daughter was only 8 months old. She is now 51. So it is special to see some of the early memories in my children’s lives. It is also nice to see many of the relatives and good friends that have passed on. The quality of the DVD’s is very good and dealing with your Company has been a pleasure. I will recommend your Company highly for anyone looking for this service.

Rewind Memories..just wanted to tell you how very happy we were with the work you did converting our tapes to DVDs for my husband’s birthday present. Tuesday: 1:00pm – 8:00pm

Wednesday: 1:00pm – 8:00pm

Thursday: 1:00pm – 8:00pm

Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

Saturday: 12:00pm-4:00pm
